A little rain isn't going to slow us down. 🌧️🛻

Matthew is putting in the miles today, making the drive from Hardin, Montana, down through Dayton and Sheridan, Wyoming, before heading back to home base in Gillette. He is stopping at high schools all along the route to talk shop, hand out some free gear, and show the next generation what a real six-figure career looks like.

We are looking for the next generation of pipeline legends in Montana! 👀

Matthew is out in Laurel, MT today touching base with future welders at the high school career fair. We love seeing schools host these events because it gives us a chance to talk straight to the guys and girls who are ready to put in the work.

We are going to be welding all day, so if you're at the event, come track us down. Ask your questions, say hi, and let's see what kind of skills Laurel has to offer! 🛠️
