is an
unincorporated not-for-profit community service organization. Victorious: H.O.P.E, npo is not an association or incorporation of individuals or a group. It is a privately owned and operated unincorporated non-profit organization which relies upon private, public, commercial and other available funding through grants, venture capital, donatio
ns and other resources to maintain operating expenses and provide services. Victorious: H.O.P.E, npo is being established to research and compile a database, and establish an information outreach which is available to the general public and specifically targeting special interest groups such as inmates, addicts or health/poverty stricken who are transitioning from incarceration or treatment back to productive self-supporting life in society. Aside from maintaining an accurate and up-to-date as possible base of information, Victorious: Helping Others Prosper Every day will make this information available in the form of referrals, outreach programs, pamphlets, recovery coaches and more to the general public and when possible specifically every transitioning inmate, addict or poverty/health stricken person within our available operational areas at the time of need. Our goal is to start by offering inmates and addicts transitioning back into society a broad spectrum of contacts, programs and assistance through referrals, reference materials, direct connections, recovery coaches and more. This service would also be available to the general public with the possibility of helping someone before jail or rehab/hospitalization is necessary. Victorious: H.O.P.E, npo‘s ideal is based on the idea that it is better to empower people and mentor them out from their adverse situation so they can learn life skills and become productive, contributing members of society. Empowerment is defined as the process of encouraging people to gain the skills and knowledge that will allow them to overcome obstacles in life or work environments ultimately helping them develop within themselves and in society. We completely believe this service is needed in this area and obviously many other areas throughout the United States. In our efforts to provide the best possible resources Victorious: H.O.P.E, npo will refer people to, utilize resources of, make mentors and councilors available from, inform people of programs and other assistance which are, Christian based and/or Christian Church, ministry, outreach, etc. maintained and/or offered through or in conjunction
with local Christian Churches, ministries and organizations. Victorious: H.O.P.E, npo is also working to stay updated on the utilization/training on and availability of the newly available overdose drugs. Our intent is to make training on overdose, overdose first response kit use and implementation training and the kits available to school administrations, Church clergy and staff, local business owners and managers in addition to the obvious emergency personnel with their assistance. Victorious: Helping Others has the privilege of mentoring with Sister Jenny and United Christian Ministries of Osceola, Pennsylvania as well. United Christian Ministries offers homeless shelters for men, women and families, counseling and other services. They also host a weekly public meeting called, “The Circle Of Friends” which is a Christian based discussion and support group.
