A little raw today with my infusion:

Today's infusion has a different impact…it’s just not the same ...my favorite infusion nurse is no longer here, a reschedule appointment time means no chicken nuggets and it's worth noting the pain that remains invisible unless there's noticeable bruising for all to see. No one discusses the pain, the unseen scars, the bruising that's concealed or we concealed so no one notices.
But, hey…we push through cuz we have to.

One thing that is sometimes not talked about when having MS is the support that MS patients have with not only their doctors but their nurses.

Today I had my infusion with a nurse that I’ve had by my side for over 12 years! Next week she starts a new adventure. I know she has touched many MS patients and will continue to as she moves on to her new adventure.

To all the nurses out there…we appreciate you and you don’t go unnoticed!!
