The Lyon’s Gate Social Committee is proud to present the 2024 Fall Festival! Please join us on Saturday, October 26 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at Del Rio Park (1798 S. Rockwell St., Gilbert, AZ 85295). This year’s festival will feature six large inflatables, a petting zoo, a dog adoption, face painting, DJ, a tot lot, multiple food trucks, and, of course, superhero visits! Residents are invited to attend our trick-or-treat walk from 1:00pm-3:00pm; costumes are encouraged, but not required. Don’t forget a bag for your treats!

Last chance call for trick-or-treat tabling! We need neighbors (like you!) to volunteer to decorate a table and hand out candy. Think trunk-or-treat, but at a table on the field. Any resident willing to set up a trick-or-treat booth should email Echo at [email protected] ASAP to get a spot! The best decorated booths will receive gift cards donated from our HOA vendors (Landcom, Bellator, HOA Playground Services, Drysdale, and MEH Pool).

Also, mark on your calendar our Potluck / Kickball Game / Movie Night! The vote for the movie ends this Sunday, so vote now before it’s too late!

On Saturday, November 16th, we’re serving up the ultimate trifecta: kickball, potluck, and movie night! 💥 First up, the East side vs. West side kickball showdown at 5 PM—East side will be repping white, and West side will be in red. Whether you're playing or cheering, come hyped and ready to represent!

At 5:45 PM, we dive into the potluck. Bring your best dish, and yes, we’ll have outlets for crock pots, so go wild. Please sign up with your dish!

Hello neighbors! We're hosting a community garage sale on Saturday, October 19th starting at 7 AM. It’s the perfect chance to clear out your space and make some extra cash. 🛒💵 Set up your own sale, join in the fun, and connect with others while selling those things you no longer need. We’ve got the big signs covered at the entrances, but don’t forget to toss up some fun directional signs to guide the treasure hunters straight to your own house! More signs = more buyers! Also, the more people who participate, the better! Let's come together, make some deals, and have a great neighborhood sale. Looking for our future garage sale dates? Hello neighbors! Our Lyon’s Gate Social Committee is ending strong with our final events of the year!

Don’t forget, our Fall Festival is on Saturday, October 26th! The Festival is from 1 PM to 5 PM, with our Trick or Treat Walk going from 1 PM to 3 PM. We have so much going on, and we can’t wait to see you all there!

The Lyon’s Gate Social Committee is proud to present the 2024 Fall Festival! Please join us on Saturday, October 26 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at Del Rio Park (1798 S. Rockwell St., Gilbert, AZ 85295). This year’s festival will feature six large inflatables, a petting zoo, a dog adoption, face painting, DJ, a tot lot, multiple food trucks, and, of course, superhero visits! Last year’s survey revealed that residents wanted more chances to be involved, and we are eager to partner with you! We will be hosting a trick-or-treat walk and a corn hole tournament! We need neighbors (like you!) to volunteer to decorate a table and hand out candy. Think trunk-or-treat, but at a table on the field. Any resident willing to set up a trick-or-treat booth should email Echo at [email protected] by September 29 to reserve a slot. The top three best decorated booths will receive gift cards totaling $200 donated from our HOA vendors (Bellator, HOA Playground Services, Drysdale, and Pool Werx). We will then invite kids to attend our trick-or-treat walk from 1:00pm-3:00pm; costumes are encouraged, but not required. Note that the trick-or-treat walk is tentative based on resident participation hosting booths.

To participate in the corn hole tournament, email Ann at [email protected] with the name of your two-person team. Note that advance registration is required and at least one member of the team needs to be 16 years or older. Slots will be filled in order of registration, so don’t delay and register today!
