Pesto encrusted lamb chops over creamy mashed potatoes and green beans in a rich red wine reduction.

Smoked Salmon Greek Salad
Tomato, cucumber salad with onion, green peppers, feta cheese. Garnished with Kalamata olives and pepperoncini. Olive oil and red wine vinegar, topped with smoked salmon.

Belgium Mousse
Chocolate sponge cake with a thick Belgium mousse layered on top.
