🔥 Hey Go Gilbert, come hungry! 🔥

We had dinner at the new Fogo de Chão in Gilbert last night, and it was such a fun experience!

First off, the building is absolutely beautiful. From the massive bar and open kitchen to the patio and dining room, the entire place has an amazing atmosphere. The service was also excellent from beginning to end.

Their Market Table is much more than a typical salad bar, with a huge selection of salads, vegetables, charcuterie, smoked salmon and side dishes. Honestly, you could make a meal out of that alone, but save room! 😂

Then the Gaucho Chefs start arriving with skewer after skewer of fire-roasted meats carved right at your table. Picanha, filet mignon, lamb chops, ribeye and plenty more…you will get full very quickly!

Fogo began in Southern Brazil in 1979 and is known for turning the traditional art of churrasco roasting meat over an open flame into a complete dining experience. The Gilbert restaurant also features an open churrasco grill, Bar Fogo, weekend Brazilian brunch and private dining options.

This is a great spot for a fun night with friends, a family dinner, birthday, anniversary or any special occasion. Just remember: pace yourself when the meat starts coming! 🥩😂

Roll & Rise Bagels is opening at SanTan Pavilions, taking over the former Strawberry Cake Shop location!

Husband-and-wife team Matt and Katie launched Roll & Rise in 2024 after leaving nearly two decades of conventional careers behind. Combining Katie’s New York City culinary training with Matt’s family bagel-shop roots, they create authentic sourdough bagels using a three-day process—hand-rolled, boiled and made with high-quality ingredients.

Many locals already know them from the Gilbert Farmers Market, and now they’re getting a storefront of their own! 🙌

🚨 BIG NEWS for Gilbert coffee lovers! ☕️👀

7 Brew has won the bid for 73 former Salad and Go locations — including 41 right here in Arizona! The winning bid came in at more than $143 MILLION, beating out Dutch Bros. for the locations.

Of those Arizona stores, 35 are in the Phoenix metro area, and Gilbert is getting a big piece of the action.

Three former Salad and Go locations included in the deal are:

📍 7480 S. Power Rd.
📍 910 S. Cooper Rd.
📍 1660 E. Pecos Rd.

Nearby locations in San Tan Valley at 1754 W. Hunt Hwy. and Chandler at 3095 E. Queen Creek Rd. are also included.

7 Brew already has 750+ locations nationwide, so this could mean a HUGE expansion for the coffee chain here in Arizona. ☕️🔥

One important detail: the deal still needs final court approval, which is expected to be considered later this month.

🔥 BIG NEWS, GILBERT! Wood Ranch is coming to SanTan Village!

Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill is set to open Fall 2027, taking over the former State 48 Tap House location.

If you haven’t been, Wood Ranch is known for its BBQ, baby back ribs, tri-tip, smoked brisket, steaks, burgers, pulled pork, salads, and all the comfort-food sides you’d expect. 🤤🍖🥩

They’ve been around since the early ’90s and have built a pretty loyal following, especially in California.

SanTan Village is about to get a whole lot smokier. 😂🔥

The internationally known **Black Lagoon Halloween pop-up** is taking over **UnderTow Gilbert at Epicenter** for the very first time! 👻

📅 **September 15 – November 1**

Expect UnderTow to completely transform with over-the-top Halloween décor, a dark theatrical atmosphere, and **original spooky cocktails** made for the season. 🕷️🖤

Riley’s Irish Pub is taking over the former Source space at Epicenter at Agritopia, with plans to open Fall 2026!

Expect traditional Irish food, proper pints, live music, sports and a true neighborhood pub atmosphere. 🍺

Even better, Riley’s is locally owned by Gilbert residents Brian and Cheryl Riley.

Hey Go Gilbert! 👋

We checked out Rosewood Gilbert + Bad Honey last night and this place is going to be a great addition to the Heritage District!

They are currently in their soft opening, with the official Grand Opening coming September 10th. They’re still putting some finishing touches on the decor and patio, but the transformation of the old Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles space is pretty impressive.

Here’s the scoop 👇

🍽️ Rosewood
The menu is modern American comfort food with everything made from scratch. We tried several different things and were really impressed with the food.

🍸 The Cocktails
Definitely worth mentioning. The drinks were excellent and the bartenders know what they’re doing. This will be a fun spot for dinner, drinks or a date night.

🌙 Late Night
On Fridays and Saturdays they’re open until midnight, with the restaurant transitioning into more of a cocktail lounge vibe later in the evening.

🍪 Bad Honey
Bad Honey has its own little spot inside Rosewood serving HUGE gourmet cookies with rotating flavors. Perfect for dessert or grabbing a box to take home.
