You don’t have to wait until it feels like a crisis to ask for help. 💛

Pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood can bring emotions and experiences that feel overwhelming, confusing, or even scary. Anxiety that won’t quiet down, unwanted intrusive thoughts, difficulty sleeping, hopelessness, or simply feeling unlike yourself are all reasons to reach out.

You do not have to decide whether what you’re experiencing is “bad enough” before asking for support. If something doesn’t feel right, tell someone.

At Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona, we want moms and families to know that support is available, and you deserve to be taken seriously.

💚 July is Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.

This month reminds us that everyone deserves access to compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care.

Mental health affects us all, but barriers such as stigma, limited access to care, and difficulty finding culturally responsive providers continue to impact many individuals and families. By raising awareness, we can help create communities where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

At Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona (WHI), we are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive space where every individual is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, postpartum mental health challenges, or other life stressors, you don’t have to face them alone.

🤍 Healing begins when people feel they belong.

Ready to take the first step? We’re here to help.

Back-to-school season can bring a lot of emotions, not just for students, but for the whole family.

Excitement, worry, stress, sadness, and uncertainty can all show up at the same time. Creating simple routines, making space for honest conversations, and offering reassurance can help make the transition feel a little easier.

Big feelings are normal, but you do not have to manage them alone. Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona is here to support children, teens, parents, and families through the school-year transition.

The last two days at PSI Conference 2026 have been focused on an often overlooked but incredibly important part of perinatal care: father’s mental health.

WHI is proud to highlight the Paternal Perinatal Mental Health Advanced Certificate Training, featuring Daniel Singley, Ph.D. and Sheehan Fisher, Ph.D., and the continued work being done to better support dads, partners, and families during the perinatal period.

Fathers’ mental health matters. When dads are supported, families are supported. 💜
