The Blandford Homes team has been working hard, and our tiny homes are coming along! It's such a beautiful example of the community coming together to serve those in need. We are so thankful to all our partners who have believed in our mission and supported us with their time, funding, prayer, and encouragement.

Thank you, Blandford Homes !

You are invited to the Eden Village Fall Fest!

At Eden Village, we value building homes, but we also value building relationships. We are hosting this special event so that we can get to know our neighbors, and our neighbors can get to know us! Come check out our tiny homes and learn what Eden Village is all about.

"Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress.'"
Psalm 91:1-2

We are building this community to help meet the physical AND spiritual needs of our homeless neighbors. Eden Village will provide residents with safety and shelter while pointing them to God, their ultimate source of provision and protection!

Our dream is becoming a reality! Construction has moved vertical and it has been surreal watching our vision come to life. We have only come so far because of the support of so many businesses, organizations, churches, families, and individuals across the city. Thank you to our incredible community!!

Exciting day at Eden Village Arizona. Sundt Construction donated all the foundation work and today was the day. From a dream of building a community for our homeless friends to today's reality.
GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!

According to a recent HUD meeting, the following information was shared about gap availability for housing different groups in 2025:

For every 100 homeless veterans, there are 145 available permanent housing units.
For every 100 homeless families, there are 58 available permanent housing units.
For every 100 chronically homeless single adults, there are 18 available permanent housing units available.

Eden Villages provide permanent housing for homeless single adults; exactly where the most need remains. We need more of them. ❤️

Last month we had the privilege of meeting Julia from Eden Village of Wilmington! We had such a fun time getting to know her and hearing all about their community. We were so grateful for her advice, encouragement, and fun stories! Now, we are even more anxious to open our own doors and welcome in residents!!
Thanks for stopping by Julia, we are excited to come visit you in North Carolina!

Check out Eden Village of Wilmington to get a taste of what’s coming to Arizona!!
