❤️ CELEBRATING HEARTS OF SERVICE ❤️

We were honored to celebrate three incredible community volunteers who were presented with the JustServe Heart of Service Awards by Gilbert Mayor Anderson—and each one represents exactly why we love our community so much!

🥫 John leads Friends of the Needy Food Bank, serving approximately 1,500 families every month with fresh and canned food, diapers, and so much more.

❤️ Ginni is a true super-volunteer at United Food Bank. She often works two shifts back-to-back and finds so much joy in serving and helping provide for families in need.

🙌 Kelly Geisler, our very own For Our Town Gilbert board member, was also honored for her years of volunteer service and dedication to strengthening our community.

Congratulations to these amazing recipients—and to every volunteer who gives their time, talents, and heart to make Gilbert a better place. Your service matters more than you know!

✨ “I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver.”

Hey friends 👋

If you've been following the news, you know things are tough right now for a lot of families in our community. People are struggling to put food on the table, and our local food banks are busier than ever.

We just updated our website to make it super easy to help out during this critical time - because honestly, we can't wait around for things to get sorted out at higher levels. People need food now.

Here's the deal:
Want to volunteer? We'll connect you with local pantries
Got extra groceries? We'll show you where to drop them off
Able to donate a few bucks? Every dollar helps feed a neighbor

Check out www.forourtowngilbert.org to see how you can jump in.
This is just about taking care of each other while things are uncertain. No judgment, no red tape—just neighbors helping neighbors get through a rough patch.
Let's do this 💪Go Gilbert Gilbert Town Hall Gilbert Chamber of Commerce
