Did you know?... If you’ve received a violation letter and have taken care of the issue, please call Vision Community Management (480-759-4945) and let them know, so that a re-inspection can be scheduled and the record can be removed from your account (resetting the violation count for that specific offense back to 0)... Did you know?... The Board of Directors has no authority to change the existing CC&R documents. The covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&R’s) stipulate that no amendment can be made without a majority vote of at least 90% of the community... and since there are 1803 homes, the required majority equates to 1622 homeowner votes. The Board is powerless to change anything in the CC&R's on their own authority.
