Hello Seahawk Families,
My coaching staff and I will be conducting exit interviews and collecting all basketball gear and backpacks from players on Thursday, February 26th in the Main Gym/Common areas of PHS from 2:30pm until 4:30pm or until we have met with all players available.
Please wash all gear and clear backpacks of all personal belongings, and players must return all gear except for shooting shirts are kept by the players to have.
We will be doing exit interviews and collecting gear simultaneously, while an interview is taking place with the coach, gear will be inventoried and checked off. It will be first come first serve for the interviews and players will either wait in gym or commons for their turn to conduct their exit interview. The exit interview should not be longer then 10mins per player and it will consist of reviewing the player review form, that the player should have completed prior to the interview reflecting on the season and their experience in the program.
The Player Review Form is attached below to this email and can be printed out, or players could answer questions on a separate piece of paper or write them out on phone. Just would like to have as a guide for talking points and reflection. Coaches will also have feedback for players as well on things they did well, and areas in need of growth, depending on the players’ future aspirations and goals.
If you are unable to attend exit interviews please respond to this email so we are aware, and we would still like to receive your player Review Form, but you can turn all gear into the Athletic Office if you are unable to turn gear and backpack during this time.
Our Girls Basketball Banquet will be the next following week on March 5th in the PHS Commons (from 5:30pm-7pm), and you will receive a separate email with further details.
