this page is for people to come post there thoughts and stories about how they started to over come their own self inflicted abuse... self abuse is not just physical.. it is when one puts them selves down or throws dags at ones self... when we are ugly to ourselves and others it damages our soul.. causing it to darken and take on the negative energy we are generating.. MOSH is a project to reverse
that train of thought in as many people as we can reach... teaching the world that u don't need money or a status to be positive in ur life.. sure it doesn't hurt.. but its not what makes our souls healthy.. through different healers and teachers we plan to spread this work through a festival held yearly... it is still in the works but is moving a long in the right path... I found through music, good food, and energy the healing powers for ones mind body and soul are endless....
