Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Day of Service. With your help, we sorted and organized hundreds of craft supplies, replenished our firewood supply, and prepared the garden for spring planting. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

When Executive Director Scotty Jackson challenged the staff to 100% giving for the Annual Campaign, he didn’t just talk the talk. He took the plunge, literally! ❄️💦

The 2026 Annual Campaign is officially underway, and we’re jumping in feet-first to reach our goal of $125,000 in camp scholarships, because at the Y, we believe every kid deserves a camp experience.

On February 24, more than 300 campers, families, and staff gather for the annual Values Awards Ceremony, celebrating youth who live the Y’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

This month, we welcomed students and groups from across our community, including:

YMCA Camp Seymour is proud to be a part of the Military Families Outdoors (MFO) program committed to enhancing the health, well-being, and overall quality of life of active-duty military and their families by providing meaningful outdoor experiences.

Military Families Outdoors is administered by Defense Health Agency and the National Park Service, and brings together the expertise of Blue Star Families, Wilderness Inquiry, Armed Services YMCA, and The Center for Health & Nature to provide engaging outdoor wellness experiences for Service Members and military families across the country.

In its first year, the program impacted over 9,000 people, and we are just getting started!
