Come and say hello to me and 43 other artists exhibiting in the 2024 Gig Harbor Open Studio Tour!

This year I am joining 44 artists in the Gig Harbor Open Studio. I am sharing space with Dale McDaniels, a good friend and woodworker at his Fox Island studio as I did last year. The tour is a great way to see my latest works and that of other artists from Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, Fox Island, Olalla, and Port Orchard in their working studios.

Landscape and Floral painter Josi Callan demonstrates her magic at Ebb Tide Gallery Saturday, June 1, from 1:00-3:00 pm
Josi Callan's career trajectory is truly remarkable, spanning various influential roles within the art world. Her experience as the founding director of the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, director of the San Jose Museum of Art, and director of the Experience Music Project (MoPop) in Seattle, has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and insight into the creative process that is reflected in her art.

Josi’s paintings of sunlit paths, waterscapes, blossoming roses, and vanishing trails evoke a sense of tranquility and wonder. She strives to infuse each painting with a touch of magic.
Attending her demonstration at Ebb Tide Gallery will offer a glimpse into her artistic process and perhaps even provide a deeper appreciation for the beauty she captures in her paintings.
