The Justen Caris Memorial Foundation will be at Jimmy Bukkett's for 4th of July weekend! Jimmy Bukkett’s loves to give back to the community and allows one organization per week to fundraise in a variety of ways! We are so thankful for this opportunity to not only raise additional money for local veteran-centered organizations, but to also raise awareness of PTSD! After 10 years of honoring the life and loss of Justen, this will be our last poker run. Thank you for all your support over the years to help us raise over $100,000 to help veterans with PTSD. Please join us for the Justen Caris Memorial Poker Run: The Final Ride.
Registration includes a t-shirt, poker hand, and meal at the end of ride.

Day of registration starts at 9am, to guarantee your t-shirt size pre-register here! T-Shirt sizes 3XL-5XL, Youth sizes, and all sweatshirts will ONLY be available by ordering here. All merchandise can be picked up at Sycamore Grove the morning of September 12th, we will NOT be shipping orders. Pre-registration and merchandise sales end July 25th!

10 Years. Over $100,000 Raised. One Final Ride.

The Justen Caris Memorial Foundation invites you to join us on September 12th for the 2026 Justen Caris Memorial Poker Run: THE FINAL RIDE.

After 10 years of honoring Justen’s life and legacy, raising awareness for PTSD, and supporting local veteran-centered organizations, the 2026 Poker Run will be our last.

Because of the incredible support from family, friends, veterans, businesses, organizations, and our community, more than $100,000 has been raised in Justen’s name through the Poker Run—something we could have never imagined and will forever be grateful for.

While this chapter is coming to a close, the mission continues. The Justen Caris Memorial Foundation will continue raising awareness for PTSD and supporting veteran-centered organizations through new fundraising efforts. The work is not yet done.

We invite you to help us celebrate a decade of impact, remembrance, and community. Stay tuned for special announcements and details as we honor 10 years of the Poker Run and reflect on all that has been accomplished together.

The Pemberville 150th/America 250th anniversary committee planned Hometown Heroes Memorial walk at the Pemberville Veterans Park located by Memorial Drive (Pemberville Legion). This display will be available for viewing until May 31st. We appreciate their interest in honoring the bravery and dedication of individuals who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and first responders.

The Memorial Day service at the Pemberville Legion is scheduled to take place at 10am on Monday with a flyover from the Ohio Air National Guard 180th Fighter Wing at 10:38am.
