Fletcher Creamer, on behalf of Verizon, will continue to access existing utility poles. There will be a lane shift between Browning Lane in Cherry Hill & White Horse Road in Voorhees.

Monday April 20:
White Horse Road – 9:00am to 6:00pm. Asphalt Paving Systems will continue milling and paving, there will be lane closures between Haddonfield-Berlin Road & Springdale Road.

Monday April 20 through Friday April 24:
White Horse Road – 7:00am to 4:00pm. Earle Asphalt, on behalf of Voorhees Township, will continue installing sidewalk. There will be a partial road closure northbound between Laurel Oak Road & Burnt Mill Road.

Wednesday April 22:
Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Evesham Road & Somerdale Road – 10:30am to 5:00pm. South Jersey Gas will be performing critical valve inspections, there will be moving operation using lane shifts (except where noted below) at the following intersections:

Kresson Gibbsboro Rd & Cooper Rd (partial road closure eastbound)
Kresson Gibbsboro Rd & Woodglen Ln (alternating traffic with flaggers)
Evesham Rd & Short Hills
Evesham Ave & Main St
Evesham Rd & Lapley Ct (Cherry Hill/Voorhees)
Somerdale Rd & Rural Ave,
Echelon Rd and Somerdale Rd

The Voorhees Police Department is participating in the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. This event aims to encourage the public to safely dispose of any unneeded medications to prevent drug misuse and opioid addiction from
ever starting.

Join us in our lobby on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at 1180 White Horse Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043, where an officer will be available to receive your medications.

Please note that we do not accept any liquid medications or syringes, and all medications will be properly destroyed free of charge. Additionally, we have a Project Medicine Box located in the lobby of the police station that's available 24/7 for any medicine drop-offs. Voorhees Township is once again partnering with Morey's Piers & Beachfront Water Parks to offer discounted tickets for their amusement piers located on the Boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ.

Tickets may be obtained IN PERSON from the office of the Voorhees Township Clerk located at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, NJ 08043, and are payable by CASH ONLY.
