These delicious Asian Pork Bowls accompanied by cucumber and cabbage slaw went out to our recipients today thanks to Liberty Farms pork donation and Letterbox Farm veggie donation!! A special shoutout to Columbia Land Conservancy employees who have volunteered throughout the summer which has been especially helpful while some of our volunteers take summer breaks.
