Shuman Campgrounds, Camp Centerland features hiking trails, open fields, an amphitheater, an art center, a yurt, an archery range, a basketball court, a kickball field, ropes courses, a zip line, and climbing tower. We aim to help every child thrive at camp, learn new skills, and create lifelong memories and friendships. Camp Centerland’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that teaching and demons

trating the Jewish values of Chesed (kindness), Kehillah (community), and Tikkun Olam (healing the world) is as important as splashing in the swimming pool, enjoying a popsicle, or singing favorite camp songs. With record-breaking numbers in 2022, we are taking the Camp Centerland experience to the next level with the addition of specialty camps in art, theater, esports, photography, and dance!
