32 Happy walkers enjoyed a Beautiful walk today from The Nature Alliance, across Sachs Bridge down Waterworks and Red Rock. Many yellow and orange trees and lots of sun and chatting. It was a great day.

💕 When was your last mammogram?

If you’ve been putting it off, consider this your reminder to put it back on the list.

Mammograms can detect breast cancer before a lump or other symptoms can be felt or noticed. Finding breast cancer early may lead to more treatment options and better outcomes.

When you should start screening — and how often you should have a mammogram — depends on factors like your age, family history, genetics, and overall risk.

Know your risk. Talk to your healthcare provider. And if you’re due, schedule that appointment.

Breast cancer symptoms can be different for everyone, and some people have none.

Breast cancer symptoms can be different for everyone, and some people have none. Watch for:
• New lump in the breast or under the arm
• Thickened or swollen area of the breast
• Irritated, dimpled, or puckered skin
• Red, flaky skin around the ni**le
• Inward ni**le or ni**le pain
• Unusual ni**le discharge
• Any change in how your breast looks—like size or shape
• Pain anywhere in the breast
If you notice any of these, don’t wait—talk to your doctor right away.
