Still looking for that perfect Father's Day, birthday, or anniversary gift?
Tickets are still available for the Bourbon Tasting fundraiser, Saturday, August 1, 7-9 p.m. You must be 21!
Tickets are $100 each and include 4 bourbon tastings, local history, sway bag, and more! The event is Great Gatsby themed and will be held at the First National Bank of Germantown.

Mark your calendar and stop by the museum on the following Tuesdays: June 16, July 7 & 21, and August 4! The museum will be open from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and will include children's activities on the front steps and lawn (weather permitting).
Activities will include old-fashioned games, songs, learning about Germantown's past, coloring pages, and more!
The June 16 activities will have a patriotic theme!

The museum will be open this Saturday, May 30 from 9-noon during the Center Street Market. Items in the gift shop will be available for purchase.
We hope you stop by and visit all the vendors at the market!

The first message on our new sign! Just a reminder that the Open House is tomorrow from 1-3. Looks like the forecast is for a beautiful day on the cool side.
Don't forget to come inside the museum! Look around, purchase gift shop items (cash, check, or debit/credit), and buy raffle tickets. The auction for Nick Smith's chainsaw carved lion at 2:45 pm is cash or check only.

It's time to visit The Germantown Public Library to see “The Way We Were: 7th Grade Art Projects" and vote for your favorites!

Go check out the top 25 student artworks from this year’s 7th grade art classes, now on display in the History Room windows.

Community Voting is OPEN through Friday, May 15th!
Here’s how to participate:
• Find your top 5 favorite pieces
• Note the numbers (students are listed alphabetically)
• Write them down on the provided paper
• Drop your vote in the box on the side table near the couch

One vote per student for fairness.

This annual event is sponsored by The Historical Society of Germantown, The Germantown Public Library, and Lions Club of Germantown. The art depicts local historical buildings.

This Sunday, May 3, from 1-3 pm is our annual Open House. Please join us for free food, local artisans on the lawn, and take a look inside the museum and shop for gift items! All are welcome!
The auction for Nick Smith's chainsaw carved lion will begin at 2:45 pm. Please bring cash or check.
We will also be raffling two gift baskets which contain various items from our gift shop.
