Highstream Place Residents

Please be advised that a main water line has broken on Highstream Place, and WSSC is currently working to repair the issue.

WSSC crews will be working throughout the night to complete the necessary repairs. Water service will remain shut off until the repairs are completed.

We are continuing to experience an ongoing issue with residents placing bulk items in the community without first scheduling a bulk-item pickup with our trash company.

There are currently bulk items left in the common areas through out the community. If these items belong to you, please remove them as soon as possible.

Bulk Pickup Guidelines
Bulk trash that is not mostly made of metal, such as furniture, will be picked up by Triple R Refuse up to four (4) times per year. This service is intended for normal household bulk items, such as furniture, and does not include renovation or construction debris.
Residents must make arrangements with Triple R Refuse before placing bulk items out for collection. Please do not leave bulk items in common areas or outside your home without first scheduling a pickup.

Bulk Pickup Request
**Bulk trash that is mostly metal (e.g. appliances, exercise equipment, etc.) will be picked up by Montgomery County as part of their recycling services. You must make advance arrangements with Montgomery County Recycling before your items will be collected. You can contact them by calling 240-777-0311.

Please remember that there is an additional cost when TMG trash patrol crew has to collect unscheduled bulk items on Friday. These additional costs can ultimately contribute to increased community assessments.

Let’s work together to help keep the community clean, beautiful, and well maintained for everyone. By properly scheduling bulk-item pickups and keeping items off the common areas, we can all do our part to maintain a welcoming community that we can be proud of.
