UPDATE! No pack meeting this week Wednesday!! There’s been a schedule conflict, but plan to meet at Kinderberg Park in G-town for some sledding fun on SUNDAY 1/21 from 12:00-1:00 and pick up your derby car kit! Hope to see you there!

Pack meeting this Wednesday (1/17)! I *think* derby car kits will be handed out, so if you’re unable to make it, you might want to connect with someone to get yours to start planning for the upcoming pinewood derby in February!

TONIGHT: Kids Night Out Friday, Dec 1, 6:45-9:30 @ Amy Belle Gym
Sign up via the link in the PDF or just drop off. We'll have forms there to fill out too.

Adults vs Kids Dodgeball from 9-9:30pm. Come a little early when picking up and enjoy a little dodgeball fun.
We'll have the gym and cafeteria space again so plenty of room for high and low energy activities.
All K-5th Graders are invited.

We have our next pack meeting coming up this Wednesday, November 15 at 6:30 in the cafetorium! Hope to see you there (with fundraising items to be distributed). 😀

Also, we are going to need to collect annual dues for the year and fundraiser money as well. (Dues are $110 for returning scouts, $135 for new scouts). Checks or cash are preferred, electronic payment is not currently available without additional fees.

The first Cub Scout pack meeting for the 2023-2024 school year is this week! The meeting is this week on WEDNESDAY, September 13 at 6:30 pm in the Amy Belle Cafetorium. Enter through the rear doors as usual. If you are a current scout and did not see the email from Tom (Pack 165 via TroopTrack), please comment below or email Tom ([email protected]) so we can try to straighten things out for future communications! Pinewood Derby Update (time and location):

Still on Saturday, February 11 (new time): 11:30 a.m. (ish) at (new location): GERMANTOWN HIGH SCHOOL. Car check-in, weigh-in, and get settled-in begins any time after 11:30, first race beginning at 12:00 noon.
