Open Arms homes are fully-furnished, two-bedroom, first-floor apartment homes stocked with linens, kitchen items and other miscellaneous necessities. The entire rent and basic
utilities are paid for by MAA, Open Arms and our generous supporters.

The generosity of our associates, residents, family members, and vendor partners was truly incredible, and we can’t thank you enough.

Your support helps provide a home away from home for families traveling for medical care, offering comfort, stability, and community when they need it most.

Do you call an MAA community home or do you visit a MAA community team often? If so, look for some cute Leasing Office pumpkin patches throughout the end of October! You can help grow the pumpkin patch at your community and support Open Arms at the same time. Please see your leasing office for more details!

We are excited to announce our 9th Annual Open Arms October!

Open Arms is in our hearts every month of the year, but we set aside this month to celebrate "Open Arms October." The goal of this special month is to promote awareness of the Open Arms Foundation and offer some fun and easy ways for our supporters to get involved.

Be on the lookout for more information later in the month about our Walmart "Spark Good" and Kroger Community Rewards fundraisers, and if you live in an MAA community, please stop by your Leasing Office to find out how you can help at your location. Hint: mention the pumpkin patch!

10/25: 9th Annual Corn Hole Tournament in Charlotte, NC
10/30: Open Arms Golftoberfest (Topgolf) in Jacksonville, FL
