416 started the Rocky Raccoon 100-mile trail run. 239 managed to complete the race in the allotted time (max 32 hours). Daniel came home in 129th place with a time of 26 hours, 40 minutes, and 16 seconds (3rd in the 60-69 age group). His achievement is shared with his fantastic support crew who were there to encourage him and keep him going, especially throughout the night when the going was extremely tough for all.
Thank you to all who sponsored this effort and, in turn, supported kids in Williamson County. Daniel will be sending out emails to all who pledged with details on how to donate in the next day or two.
Next year it's someone else's turn however Daniel will support you should anyone want to take this on. We got you and will even consider paying your entry fee to keep this going.
