Where do we start??? Thank you so much to the community and all of the cooks that came out to support the Steve Woodrum’s-Firemans chili cook off. The weather may have kept a few away, but it did not stop us from having a great time, for a great cause.
We have to thank the Georgetown Fire Department for all your help. Scott County BOE for the use of the tables. City of Georgetown for allowing us to use Main Street for this great event. The judges, Moe, Georgetown/Scott County Tourism, the guys at Georgetown Public Works, USMC all for your work and just being there. Last but not least, Steve Woodrum and his staff at State Farm Insurance. For 24 years Steve has made this event happen and all proceeds go right to Toys For Tots. This year we raised just under $10,000, which will provide toys on Christmas morning for kids here in Scott County.
Thank you all again, and we cannot wait til next year. 👨🏼‍🚒🌶️🚂🧸

Thank you to Scott County Motorsports Club for their incredible $4,000 donation to Toys for Tots! 🎁❤️

Your generosity is going to make a BIG difference for local kids this Christmas. We are so grateful for businesses like you who continue to support our community and help us spread a little extra Christmas cheer! 🎄🧸🚂

A HUGE THANK YOU to **Toys for Tots** for being such an important part of SC Motorsports’ **first Demolition Derby of the year!** ❤️🏁

Not only did they come out and help us put on a great event, but their volunteers also stepped up and **ran our concessions** throughout the derby. We truly appreciate all the hard work, time, and effort they put in to help make the night a success!

One of our favorite parts of putting on these events is being able to **give back to organizations that make a difference in our community.** Because of everyone who came out, supported the derby, and visited the concession stand, **SC Motorsports was proud to donate $4,000 back to Toys for Tots!** 🎁❤️

That’s what these events are about—**great motorsports, great people, and giving back to our community.**

Thank you to Toys for Tots, their volunteers, our drivers, fans, sponsors, and everyone who helped make our first derby of the year such a success. We couldn’t do it without you!

**$4,000 BACK TO TOYS FOR TOTS!** 💰🎁

Here’s to an awesome start to the derby season! 🏁💥
