October is SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) Awareness Month! We'll be highlighting the issue of sleep-related death and working to educate parents and caregivers about safe sleep environments. Unintentional suffocation is the leading cause of injury-related death among children under 1 year old. Our Safe Sleep Checklist makes it easy for families to prioritize the top 5 infant sleep safety tips. Help us spread the word by sharing this potentially life-saving information!

Hello friends. Some local pantries have made changes to how or when they distribute food, so we’ve updated our community food resource list. ❤️

We don’t want anyone to go hungry—or worry about where their next meal will come from. Our community has wonderful outreaches and resources, and we want everyone to know where to find help.
