Students enter our program in 9th grade and remain under our C.A.R.E. (consistent, authentic, respectful, empowerment) until one full year after graduation. Our program provides: Mentoring & Coaching, Academic Support & Tutoring, Leadership & Service Opportunity, Workforce Preparation & Job Placement, Field trips & Cultural events, College tours, Resources and support for students & families, Heal

thy snacks & basic needs, Incentive programs, Awards & Recognition, Financial literacy & Life skills development, Paid internships, Work experience & on-site training. In addition, through Pathways to Well-being, we provide: Mental & Behavioral
Health Services, Individual & Family Therapy, Treatment & Recovery.
