Birthright of Georgetown, SC Birthright of Georgetown is an outreach and resource center for pregnant women, foster parents and guardians.

We especially support women at a time of change and uncertainty when they are facing pregnancy challenges. We assist women facing unplanned pregnancy by offering alternatives to abortion and information related to what community services are available to them.

This summer, Georgetown County School District is proud to participate in SUN Programs: USDA’s Summer Nutrition Programs for Kids.

Beginning June 3, free meals will be available for all children 18 years of age and younger at participating school and community locations throughout Georgetown County.

School Feeding Sites

Breakfast: 8:00–9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

• Plantersville Elementary Digital Immersion School

June 3–June 26
• Brown’s Ferry Elementary School
• Carvers Bay Early College & Career High School

• Sampit Elementary School

Community Pick-Up Locations

• St. Luke Church — 9:00–9:30 a.m.
• Old Rosemary — 9:00–9:30 a.m.
• P*e Dee Community Center — 10:00–10:30 a.m.
• New Hope Church — 10:30–11:00 a.m.
• Corner of Lucy Grier Road & Exodus Drive — 11:00–11:30 a.m.
• North Santee Community Center — 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• Cox Grocery — 12:00–12:30 p.m.
• New Light Missionary Baptist Church — 12:30–1:00 p.m.
• Oatland Park — 1:00–1:30 p.m.

SUN Meals are free and help children get the nutrition they need throughout the summer. Parent or guardian pick-up is available at participating sites.
