Growing churches make up only about 20 percent of all U.S. churches today. The rest (80%) have reached a plateau or are declining.

We walk along side of churches who have gone through tough transitions, staffing or member issues, or who want to continue healthy growth by supporting them in these areas: Assessment, Coaching, and Pastoring. Our passion is to empower pastors, church staff, and churches so that they can grow in healthy ways in order to fulfill the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

Our Story

Through transitional pastors, coaches, consultants, and mediators for conflict management, Dr Dwight Hunt through Grace Consulting Ministries provides a way for churches to prepare for their new permanent pastor. We provide services such as assessment (“Ministry Mapping”), coaching, intentional interim pastoring, and consulting to pastors, church leaders, and church members. Also as part of Grace Consulting Ministries, Dwight, an experienced Pastoral Counselor, offers his counseling services.

Dwight has served as a pastor for over 20 years. For the past 11 years, He has also served as a consultant, coach, and a transitional pastor to more than 80 churches.
