From our Decorating Coordinator for Project Graduation:

Hi there folks,
We REALLY need people to help with decorations tomorrow and Friday morning!
If you know any Junior parents, it would be great if they could help out too...since they will need to know the set up for next year.
If you can give a couple hours or more please email me the times you are available so I know who to expect.
We will start at 9:00....but I will be there at about 8:30 if you want to come early!
On Friday we will start at 8:30....there is a lot of last minute stuff to do since we dont have access to one of the gyms until Friday morning.
PLEASE let people know we need help and let me know when you are able to come. My cell phone is 512-818-5489 in case you need to reach me.

An important update on our upcoming Powder Puff football game fundraiser:

Due to Powder Puff conflicting with the National Day of Prayer service at the stadium the date has been changed.

Powder Puff game is now Friday May 17th at 7pm
Practice Field
$5.00 for everyone, like we discussed at the meeting.

There is a scrimmage going on at the stadium that Coach Dean said should be done by 6 or 6:30, so if we can get those football parents to come over and watch the Powder Puff game, this could be a a very profitable event.

I still need concession stand helpers, please let me know if you can help.

Our apologies for the recent cancellation of a regular meeting. To compensate, a Georgetown Project Graduation "Unscheduled" Meeting is set for Tuesday, April 9th @ 6:30pm in the GHS Annex Library. We hope you can join us!

* Your Senior will get $40,000 extra to use PG night for your attendance at this meeting! What a deal!
* Committee Heads will be giving brief updates on their recent work.
