Engage. Empower. Employ

The Literacy Council WILCO is a nonprofit organization serving adults in Williamson County and parts of Northern Travis County.

LCWILCO was incorporated and began operations in 1985 at the Round Rock Public Library where volunteers became aware of the need to provide English Literacy.

Today, we are dedicated to improving community lives through adult literacy education. We provide GED, English as a Second Language (ESL), Adult Basic Education (ABE) and Vocational Training.
