🚧 Suffoletta Family Aquatic Center Update 💦

Our maintenance team was hard at work early this morning after discovering that the patch over the expansion joint came loose over the weekend and began breaking away. This is the reason for the current closure.

Repairs are already underway, and if everything goes as planned, we’re hopeful to reopen by this weekend or maybe earlier! 🤞 The biggest thing we’re rooting for now is dry weather, as the repair process cannot be completed in the rain.

As for the lazy river, we’re still waiting on the motor to arrive. Once it comes in, it will be installed and the lazy river will be back up and running. We’re hoping that happens very soon! 🌊

🌺 Aloha Summer Fest is still happening! If the aquatic center isn’t ready in time, we’ll simply move the celebration to The Pavilion so everyone can still enjoy the fun. We will make a final decision and share an update on Wednesday.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support while our team works to get everything back in great shape. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back soon! 💙

We know we dropped a bit of a bombshell on Friday about the Lazy River, and trust us… we’re just as disappointed as you are. 😔🌊

Over the weekend, our team worked hard to track down the root cause, and unfortunately, we’ve confirmed that the pump is down. The good news is we’ve identified the issue and are already working toward a solution. We hope to have everything repaired and flowing again in the coming weeks.

We know the Lazy River is a summer favorite, and we’re doing everything we can to get it back up and running as quickly as possible. 💙

And while we’re trying our best, we’re also trying very hard not to become the aquatic version of the McDonald’s ice cream machine and ruin everyone’s summer. 🍦😅
