He was Sir Millard, the worthy bearer of the magnificent Diamondus Quandrus (Four Diamonds).

Today, we honor the memory and legacy of Christopher Millard on the 52nd anniversary of his passing. While battling childhood cancer, Christopher wrote a story about a great knight who sought out the four diamonds of courage, wisdom, honesty and strength.

In 1972, Charles and Irma Millard founded Four Diamonds in memory of their son. Since then, Four Diamonds has helped more than 4,800 children and families and funded life-changing research at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital.

We carry Christopher’s legacy with us today and every day in the fight to conquer childhood cancer.
