We are HIRING! Grow currently has three position openings as of February 27, 2026! We are in immediate need of Janitorial, Driver, and Employment Specialist. The Janitorial and Driving can be combined to have full time hours with weekly overtime. The Employment Specialist is considered part time but may have additional hours on a regular basis. Applicants must have a GED or diploma, good driving record, pass a drug test and physical for DOT in order to work. Part-time Driver needed to transport adults to work in the Brown County area. 25 hours plus per week, $17.40 per hour. WE ARE HIRING!!!!!!

Come and join a great team! We have two to three openings currently. All openings start at $17.40 per hour.

DRIVING: We need a driver for a regular M-F route. This is part-time (25 hours) but can be combined with the Janitorial position for full-time hours. Requirements include: a diploma or GED, less than 6 points on your driving record, ability to pass a DOT drug screen and DOT physical. NO CDL REQUIRED. Contact the number below for an interview.

JANITORIAL: We need a person to work with and supervise a small work crew of 3 or less at the Brown County ODOT facility. This position is part-time on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (5 and a half hours per day). This can be combined with the driving position for 41 and a half hours per week! Requirements are the same as listed for the driving position. Call the number below for an interview.

Employment Specialist. Hours vary and this position does require travel which is reimbursed at fifty cents per mile. The requirements are the same as for the driving position. The job entails assisting disabled adults with finding employment. You will be responsible for assisting with all areas of the job search, job attainment, and initial training and acclamation.
