Good morning from the greenhouse! β˜€οΈπŸŒΏ There is nothing quite like that early morning light hitting the plants while the rest of the world is still waking up. It’s the peaceful, quiet hours like this that make all the hard work worth it.

Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹
I am so excited to officially introduce myself as a new member of the CHRSC team, Mia!
I recently graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Sociology, and my absolute passion lies in community outreach, sustainability, and food security.
This summer, I'll be working hands-on with some amazing projects here, from managing our hydroponic greenhouse to helping plan a fun, impactful summer camp for our local youth. Getting fresh produce to families who need it and empowering the next generation is exactly why I wanted to get into this field, and I'm so grateful to do it with this incredible team!
