Rancho Sienna Residents,

With the weather getting hotter and school getting out, we will start to see more and more residents wanting to use the facilities. Because of this, we want to re-inform everyone how to use and acquire the PDK access app and key fobs for amenity access.

If you plan to use the pool this summer or any of the facilities, there are two options you can receive for amenity access: $5.00 key fobs or free mobile passes for you phone.

PDK Access: The name of the app is PDK Access. You cannot request credentials through the app, staff members have to send you credentials. Once you have downloaded the app and reached out to us for credentials, simply open the email we sent you and press the activate button. You should not have to input any email, phone number or code, it will bypass all of it if you just press activate in the email. Mobile passes expire 24 hours after they are initially sent if they are not activated within that time.

The app will request to use your Bluetooth and location to be able to find the readers at the amenity center, you will want to make sure you allow it or the app will not work. We recommend keeping your settings to 'always allow' for the location access. If you turn off your Bluetooth it will not be able to reach the readers.

Key Fobs: If you would prefer a physical fob then you can purchase them in the office for $5.00 a piece. Please note that the office does NOT take cash or card. You can pay via check, money order or online through your gateway portal. You will have to fill out a form to request a key fob. If you are a new homeowner and you received key fobs from the past owners of your home they will be deactivated and you will need to reach out to us to reactivate them.

BOTH DEVICES: Your access devices will be suspended if you become delinquent in your assessment payments or have an outstanding balance for any reason. You can have as many mobile passes or key fobs as you need for your home as long as they are being used by residents.

Renters and Landlords: Please note that if you are renting out your home or you are currently renting, we cannot give out any access devices to tenants until we have the tenant occupant registration form filled out by both the landlord and tenants.

Reach out to us!: If you need new access devices or think your devices have been deactivated please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email or phone: [email protected] - 512.690.0499 or stop by anytime during business hours to talk to us in person.

Do you enjoy being involved in our community? Do you like landscaping or exercising on our trails? Are there events you adore, or activities you wish we had more of?

We have three resident led committees: Landscaping & Parks, Events, and Pool. All three need more volunteers to help shape the future of Rancho Sienna.

The improved trail surfaces and drainage, new play structures at Greenleaf Park, improved mulch levels on our playgrounds, the โ€œYard of the Monthโ€ contest, long-term maintenance plans for our heritage oaks, and new signs are just some of the improvements that would not have occurred without our Landscaping & Parks committee.

Since its formation, our Events committee has added the Valentineโ€™s Day card-making party, movies in the park, the Polar Plunge, Casino Night, and vendor-sponsored Thirsty-Thursdays. Theyโ€™ve also greatly expanded our Pictures with Santa, Spring Fling, and Fall Festival events and brought back the Easter Egg Hunt. Rebekah could not do all of the work necessary for these events without the volunteer efforts of this committee.

Improved signage, better filtration mediums, and increased awareness of maintenance schedules are just the most visible improvements brought about by the Pool committee. These folks work very hard to make sure our pool is clean and inviting for all residents.

So, you see, the more community involvement we have, the better off we all are.

Please see Matt or Rebekah in the office or email them at [email protected] for an application to join any of our committees.

This recognition highlights not only his professionalism and responsiveness, but also his genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience.
