It’s been a pleasure serving the Georgetown community with affordable dog training and humane education over the past two plus years! It’s not in the cards for us to become a larger organization like we had hoped, but our important work will continue through partnerships we’ve made with other animal centered nonprofits. We deeply appreciate those who recognized our value and supported us!

Who says hump day has to be boring?! Surprise your pup and jazz up your Wednesday routine by joining us on April 9 at our Pints 4 Pups canine enrichment fundraiser! We couldn’t swing a full pup crawl this year (we’re tired! 🤪), but we’re bringing back Pints 4 Pups as a simpler but just as fun version! No wristbands required, just bring your dog-and-people-friendly pup and join us for canine enrichment games (doggie Easter egg hunt, mini agility, cups game, and more!), Name that Mutt contest, craft beer, food trucks, and more! Benefiting our affordable dog training and humane education programs! A huge THANK YOU to for hosting this event! Hope to see you and your pup there!

We had a blast hanging out with the amazing staff of during a Lunch and Learn today, sharing some tips and tricks on Fear Free veterinary care, listening to their experiences, and gathering insights into ways we can partner with them to help prevent pet homelessness! We are excited about the potential for future demonstrations and other events that will be helpful for pets that are fearful at the vet, so stay tuned for updates!

Congrats to our newest group class graduates, Easy and Pearl! 🎓🎉🐾These sweet pups became fast furiends, and plan to continue having play dates outside of class - just one of the many benefits of puppy socialization classes with us! Our next Puppy Prime Time class (for ages 8-16 weeks) is enrolling now for Sunday, December 8! Learn more and register on our website!

We also consider ourselves pretty lucky to have been located right next to one of Georgetown’s most loved nonprofits - All Things Wild Rehabilitation, Inc.! We really enjoyed getting to know their representatives, both human and animal!
