On National Purple Heart Day, Georgetown's 6444 and it's web administrator Karen Collins, who continue to block members under good standing pretend to honor veterans who are recipients of the Purple Heart claiming . Just know its all a lie, when in reality they support , , and . and they participate in their own member's wartime disabilities.
Does anyone remember the investigation against VFW 6444, and the actions of Stolen Valor Peter Klimek Jr. This was in result of him stating in an official meeting, "f**k" a local veteran who was seeking assistance just because the veteran was not a member of the VFW. No matter how they attempt to twist it or manipulate it, that was the REAL reason behind it. We have a copy of the original complaint sent to National to prove it! Resulting from this investigation, Stolen Valor Peter Klimek and his enablers such as Convicted and life long Todd Haviland, lair Council of Administration Ted Tufts, and state Treasurer Dennis Hamilton who knowingly committed fraud by allowing a majority of the state posts either not registered or expired charity status' to operate under these conditions.
During this investigation and Peter Klimek Jr. made known false statements against another member, which is an Article 9 offense. While doing so, he attempted to exploit the former commander, Mr. Williams', wartime disability of PTSD which stemmed from his time in combat, through multiple deployments. Mr. Williams never displaying homicidal or suicidal ideations, and was being managed with care through the VA, no threat to the Post or anyone associated with the VFW. But because he had access to "guns" Klimek felt the need to report this to local sheriff and file a report against him. and being a never deploying himself, Klimek did not care or was aware of the implications of his actions. This triggered an investigation with the Department of Defense because Mr. Williams held an active national security clearance, which was unnecessary and uncalled for. Why was this done, to further slander Mr. Williams name and a further attempt to hide the fact Klimek did not meet criteria to be an eligible VFW member. Also the fact Klimek was erroneously awarded medals that gained him entry to become a VFW member. Does this really sound like a local organization that "honors" Veterans? Since this time, Klimek has used the VFW platform to attack every legitimate veteran in the community who has called him out, calling them fake while attempting to diminish their own service. He has also violated the law by parading around misrepresenting himself as a "war veteran" while wearing official military affiliated insignias which is a state and federal crime, and supports stolen valor amongst his members. Files fraudulent reports to illegitimately earn "All American" post, illegally operate as an expired charity/ raffle organization in SC and once caught commit IRS Fraud in an attempt to cover it up. Use enablers such as Karen Collins to disrespect Silver Star mothers in the community, and so on.
Luckily Mr. Williams had advocates in his corner, such as the girlfriend your Auxiliary President Maria Traverson claimed she got texts from, but seemly could not produce them in order to submit into the investigation. Claiming Mr. Williams had a "personality" disorder. She spoke out, and everyone up to the National level who entertained this lunacy were to to respond. There is no existent these evil people will stop at to trash someone's character that they don't agree with.
So on this sacred day, when they should be honoring people like Mr. Williams who had a distinguished career, with awards to include a Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Two Meritorious Service Medals, 5 Army Commendation Medals, One ARCOM with Valor Device, and 10 Army Achievement Medals, just to name a few; THEY instead continue to disrespect people like him through smoke and mirrors. To present date we the blocked members whom Klimek HAS personally blocked, have written numerous letters to the National VFW expressing them to step in, have gone unanswered. Therefore, we will continue to inform the public of your lies and the continued fraud and illegal activity your administration conducts until your support is zero and you are left with an organization ran to the ground by your . **kpeterklimek
