Fear not, we have adjusted our plan of attack. The All You Can Eat Pulled Pork Dinner is still on for tonight! Huge thank you to 2 Brothers Bar & Grill for making accommodations to ensure ALL guests have a dry place to enjoy their meal! Join us for 50/50, raffles, live music by Lara Bell, a tasty dinner, and great company. We hope to see ya there!

Here’s a sneak peak of some of the raffle baskets we have for our All You Can Eat Pulled Pork Dinner on Thursday, June 11th. The event starts at 5pm and will run till 9pm. Don’t fear! The event will be held rain or shine. We purchased an additional tent to ensure everyone will have a comfortable spot to sit out of the rain! We are asking that dinner, raffle, and 50/50 tickets be purchased with cash! 2 Brother Bar and Grill has an ATM on site!

A couple things to note:
- the event will run RAIN OR SHINE
- WE ARE REQUESTING THAT ALL PURCHASES BE MADE WITH CASH
- tickets can be bought online at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/pulled-pork-dinner-4 or using the QR code on the flyer for $20.00/person until the day of the event at 4pm
- tickets will be sold at the event for $25.00/person
- 2 50/50 drawings: one at 6:30pm and one at 8:30pm - YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
- raffle baskets are being drawn at 8:30 pm - no need to be present, we will give you a call if you’ve won
- corn hole
- live music from Lara Bell
- children under the age of 13 eat for free
- DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TICKET
- all ages welcome
- all proceeds will go towards the continuation of our community events and support for our members of the Bloomfield Genoa City Fire Department!

We are officially 1 hour away from the doors opening! The event will take place at the Bloomfield Municipal Center located a N1100 Townhall Rd, Pell Lake, WI 53157.

The doors for the event will open at 10am and the first group will start at approximately 10:30am.

Important Event Info:
- Two age groups: 0-6 and 7-12
- First 200 kids will receive an egg collection bag
- 3,000 eggs per age group
- 2 golden eggs per age group
- Two raffle baskets
- Parents can assist kids under the age of 3
- Donuts, juice, coffee, milk, and water while supplies last

Hello Everyone!

The forecast is looking promising for our 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt! We have been working diligently all week to make the necessary improvements we promised. We have a couple of important updates to share with you! We heard from the Easter Bunny himself just this morning and he cannot wait to see everyone on Saturday!

- The event will go on rain or shine!
- There will be donuts, orange juice, coffee, water, a variety of fruit juices, and milk while supplies last
- The first 200 kinds will receive our special Easter Egg Collection Bags
- Age Groups: 0-6 & 7-12
- There are 2 golden eggs per age group
- The doors open at 10am
- The first egg hunt (0-6) will begin around 10:30 am. The second group will proceed the first group
- We have 2 raffle baskets!

We want to give a special thank you to the Bloomfield Public Works Department for all their hard work and contributions this week! This event wouldn't be possible without all of their hard work! We hope to see you all on Saturday for a Hippity Hoppity good time!🐣🐰🐥
