25 years ago today, our world changed in ways we never could have imagined. The terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, shook our nation and the entire world. The fall of the Twin Towers, the lives lost, the countless people injured, and the families forever changed are memories we will never forget.

That day changed our sense of safety, our communities, and so many lives. Twenty-five years later, we remember those who lost their lives, honor the heroes who risked everything to help others, and stand with the families and loved ones who continue to carry their loss.

We would love for our community to come together and join us for a special memorial at the Genoa City Farmers Market from 3:00–7:00 PM.

At 6:45 PM,we will pause for a moment of silence to honor and remember all those who lost their lives and everyone whose lives were forever changed.

If you know a first responder, please invite them to join us. The Genoa City Farmers Market has also kindly put together goodie bags for all first responders who attend the event as a small token of our appreciation for their service and dedication.
