Mental health is deeply personal, and what works for one person may not work for another — and that’s okay. Finding your path can involve trial and error, pauses, and changes along the way as life shifts. Explore your options, understand yourself better, and honor what feels supportive and sustainable for you right now.
The path may look different for everyone, but we all deserve

They are equally important and deeply connected.
Things like sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and existing health conditions all play a role in how we feel, both mentally and physically. Although many factors that affect our health are beyond our control, noticing what we can influence is important for our well-being.

Mental Health Month plays a crucial role in reducing stigma, encouraging early intervention, and fostering a compassionate society where individuals feel empowered to seek help. Nearly 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness annually, yet millions lack access to affordable, comprehensive care.

May is Mental Health Month!
This year’s theme — More Good Days, Together — encourages us to reflect on what a “good” day looks like, both for ourselves, and for our communities. Together, we can use that insight to connect people to the right support at the right time, and shape advocacy, education, and community engagement to make more good days possible for all. The theme highlights the relational nature of mental health, encouraging connection with others, self-care, and community engagement.
Have More Good Days- Together!
