At last week's Women of the VIA Finance program, the conversation went far beyond dollars and cents. We talked about mindset, confidence, and the very real connection between finances and emotions.

A few takeaways that really stuck with attendees:

• “Finances are unexpectedly tied to emotions.”
• “Having control of your finances can lead to less stress.”
• “I’m more aware now of what I’m spending my money on.”
• “The importance of planning.”

Many attendees left ready to take action- whether that’s building a budget, exploring investing, or simply becoming more intentional with their financial decisions.

OSHA recommends this 2 day training as an orientation to occupational health and safety. The 10-hour training program will cover an overview of the hazards a worker may encounter on a job site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention.
