Tuesday's Executive Forum reminded us that future-proofing a business is not only about preparing for an eventual sale. It is about building a stronger company today.

Attendees left thinking about how to begin planning earlier, reduce owner dependency, strengthen their leadership teams, remove operational constraints, and explore succession options that fit their goals.

One participant captured the conversation perfectly:
“Decisions that make your business better to sell are good business decisions today.”

Thank you to everyone who joined us and openly shared their questions, experiences, and perspectives. These are exactly the kinds of candid, peer-driven conversations VIA is proud to make possible.

It's been so fun to hear people's positive experiences from the RIM logistics, ltd. Tour.

People have mentioned highlights such as the Schwinn bike, the themed conference rooms, the efficient operations and more. What especially stood out is how almost everyone has mentioned the connections made that day.

We're grateful to RIM Logistics, who is a VIA Annual Sponsor, for not just opening their doors to VIA members and giving us an opportunity to connect, but also for demonstrating how an organization's culture can positively impact so many people in the industrial community.

Thank you also to Annual Sponsor Canteen North America for keeping us caffeinated and well-fed!

We hope to see you at an event soon: https://web.viaassn.org/atlas/calendar
