Practice breathing deeply after reading each positive affirmation. Breathe and believe!
1. I have the power to control my thoughts.
2. I am confident I can achieve any goal.
3. I am releasing self-judgment and embracing self-love.
4. I am at peace with my past.
5. I am resilient, strong and brave.
6. I choose to be happy right now.
7. By being myself, I bring happiness to others.
