Community Connection 💙📚

Kuspar Suvaorg, a college student staying with a host family in Mankato through August, is currently visiting neighborhoods locally to share educational resources and information about books available for purchase.

He has registered with the City, visited with Mike Feterl and a few others, so if he happens to stop by your home, you can feel comfortable knowing he is authorized to be in the area.

Please remember there is never any obligation to answer the door or purchase anything, but we love seeing young people gaining experience and sharing educational opportunities in our communities.

We are fortunate to have the Pavilion to host our event when it rains instead of canceling. It looks like another great night of music and food was enjoyed by many!

💦 Dunk Tank (6:00–8:00 PM)
This year's brave volunteers in the hot seat will be members of our own Ga***rd Fire Department, with proceeds benefiting the department.

All parade participants are encouraged to decorate their float, vehicle, golf cart, ATV, business, or group entry to match this year's EGGstravaganza theme. Get creative and show your community spirit!

🏆 Prizes will be awarded for overall creativity and appearance in the following categories:

We’re kicking off the morning with craft vendors, a plant sale, and a Build-a-Burger Contest for the kids 🍔🌱 Then get ready for the FIRST ANNUAL bike run. Because why not keep adding to this already AMAZING event? 🏍️

Of course, we can’t forget the incredible BBQ Contest where everyone gets to enjoy a variety of delicious BBQ and vote for their favorite! 🍖🏆
