Bear Alert - We have seen a bear at the Lake 3 times in the last six weeks. The first two times in the middle of the night it was captured on Ring video walking the roads. This week it was seen on video at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Be careful at the lake!

Our new entrance gate is nearly complete thanks to many of our Association Members who contributed their time, talent and treasure!

Dear Association Members,

At our recent Board and Annual Meetings we agreed to replace our decorative front entrance gate and fence. The present one is nearly 30 years old and has been damaged the last two winters by vehicles hitting the posts. The new gate and fence will match the existing one.

The work will commence in mid August. However the post and rails will need to season for 60 to 90 days before they can be stained. If you have an interest in contributing your time and skills to this effort please let me know. We need people to stain the decorative trees green in August sometime before they are mounted on the rails.

Also attached is our Annual distribution of the Rules and Regulations for Families, Guests and Renters. Please post this somewhere at your home.
