The Minnesota Valley Action Council (MVAC) Energy Assistance Program has been extended. Application deadline is July 1st. The income eligibility guidelines have changed and the annual crisis benefit maximum has been increased. This program is available on a first-come, first served basis. Our offices are closed to the public but you can still apply.
