Strengthening Sibley's Future

Strengthening Sibley's Future Leading Sibley Together is a county-wide leadership program where participants develop skills, grow local networking, and learn about local communities.

Participants meet one day a month from September - May in communities throughout the county. Each session includes leadership learning activities, visits with community leaders, and tours of businesses and organizations in that particular community. A maximum of 24 participants who either live or work in Sibley County make up each year's class. Participants can be either current or emerging leader

In February, we had another training day in Nicollet County learning about Agile Leadership. My favorite part of this class is the card game where the cohort learns about communicating, even if it is in a different language. The teams also worked on there projects that will be revealed at Graduation in May.
