Jackson County residents will have the opportunity to safely dispose of those materials during our 2026 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day, which will take place in May this year instead of April.

🐰🚗 Hop on the Bunny Trail Treat Hunt at the Spring Eggstravaganza! 🍬🌸

We’re creating a brand new attraction at the Spring Eggstravaganza, and we need local businesses, organizations, and community members to help make it magical.

The Bunny Trail Treat Hunt will feature decorated vehicles lined up for kids to visit as they collect candy, toys, and spring goodies.

Think of it like a springtime candy trail where each vehicle becomes a fun themed stop along the Bunny Trail.

Jackson County 4-H is GROWING 🍀

Did you know Jackson County 4-H has the most 4-H clubs in the tri-county area? Did you know that one of our fastest growing 4-H clubs consist of livestock animals? Also, did you know Jackson County 4-H has the only 4-H kayak club on the coast?

We are so excited about the growth of our 4-H youth program and would love to add some additional volunteers to assist. If you have interests and/or expertise in the areas listed below, please contact Jackson County 4-H Agent Kimberly Gowdy.
