❄️ REGISTRATION OPENS NOVEMBER 15! ❄️
February will be here before we know it, and Winterfest 2027 is coming together nicely! Mark your calendars. Most events fill first-come, first-served, so units that register early get the schedules they want. Register and buy tickets on the website or in the app.
What's new this year:
🏔️ Back at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Most competitions and exhibits are under one roof, with lots more room.
📍 No more getting lost. Tap any session's location in the app to see the room highlighted on the floor plan, or get directions to off-site venues.
🏆 Training now counts! Units can pick up to 3 training slots and earn points toward Best Overall Unit. Only 2 youth need to attend.
🏃 The 5K goes downtown. It's open to everyone, adults included, so no excuses!
🎤 The big fun is back. The Talent Show, Awards Show and big dance all return.
📲 Do this now: get the ALL-NEW Winterfest app.
Delete last year's app, since it's retired. Then search "BSA Winterfest" in the App Store or Google Play.
✅ Enter your unit number, like Post 1109, to see your schedule. No login needed.
✅ Play the all-new Gatlinburg Goosehunt for competition points.
✅ Use it for maps, announcements and digital tickets.
🔔 Turn on notifications. That's how we'll reach you about room changes, weather calls and schedule shifts.
See you in Gatlinburg, February 26–28! 🎉
