There's still time to register your youth to celebrate Juneteenth with Keep Gastonia Beautiful at a special youth event in our community garden. Tuesday, June 16th 10:30-12:00 noon

Participants will:
Learn about Aunt Charlotte McClee and community growth
Create an Underground Railroad-inspired craft
Take a short walk to the Highland Community Art Park and
Discover the stories of Gastonia’s three Black mayors and their impact on our city

All registered youth are welcome as we learn about local history, leadership, and the power of community together.

So Heartwarming to be able to help this precious couple. Our Street Outreach Specialist along with our Housing Navigator have worked very hard the past several months to assist them with housing. After running into barrier after barrier trying to find something affordable for them, it all came together.
Hearts to Home.. you are amazing. Thank you so much for furnishing their new home.
It takes collaborative teamwork. ❤️🙏🏻

Sustainable landlord engagement requires relationships, responsiviness , and shared accountainability.
