The Gaston County Police Department invites youth ages 14–20, along with their parents or guardians, to attend an open house to learn more about the Gaston County Police Explorer Program.

Date: December 16
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The Police Explorer Program is an educational, experience-based program offered in partnership with Scouting America. It is designed to help young people develop into mature and responsible adults while gaining insight into careers in law enforcement. Participants have the opportunity to learn about all facets of police work through hands-on training and community involvement, including department parades, crime prevention events, and other Gaston County Police Department activities.

Anyone interested in learning more about or participating in the Gaston County Police Explorer Program is encouraged to attend this open house on December 16.
